What areas do you cover?+

Horsham, Broadbridge Heath, Southwater, Billingshurst, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Cranleigh, Dorking, Pulborough, Storrington and the surrounding villages of West Sussex and Surrey.

How do I book?+

The fastest way is our online booking form — fill in a few details and we'll come back with a quote and available dates within the day. You can also call 01403 333008. A booking is confirmed only once we've replied — until then it's a request.

How are you priced?+

Most small jobs are quoted as a fixed price based on the description you give us. Lists of jobs are usually quoted as a half-day or full-day rate, which works out far better value than charging by the hour. For larger or less predictable work we provide an estimate or a written quotation (firm for 30 days).

Are you insured?+

Yes — fully covered by public liability insurance up to £2 million, with documentation available on request.

Do you guarantee your work?+

Yes. We guarantee the workmanship of labour we carry out for 6 months from the completion date. The guarantee covers defects in workmanship only — it doesn't cover client-supplied materials, natural building movement, wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or damp/water ingress. Do you supply materials?+

We can. Materials we supply are charged at cost plus markup (up to 50% to cover sourcing, procurement and handling) and listed on the invoice. You're welcome to supply your own — but please make sure all components are present, suitable and fit for purpose. We can't guarantee the quality, compatibility or durability of client-supplied materials.

What happens if the job turns out to be more than expected?+

Hidden conditions (concealed wiring, damaged substrates, deteriorated fixings, etc.) sometimes only become visible once work begins. We'll discuss any additional work with you and quote it before proceeding wherever possible.

What's your cancellation policy?+

More than 24 hours notice — no charge. Less than 24 hours notice — up to 100% of the booking value may be charged, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Same-day cancellation or no-show — full booking value is chargeable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
